Privacy for Confidential Seller Valuations

This notice explains how information submitted through San Jose Business Brokers Ltd is used. Last updated November 3, 2026.

Information you choose to submit

The valuation form collects your name, email, business name, industry and revenue range. You may also provide a phone number. The request includes the page you used and the business state.

Do not submit passwords, account credentials, tax returns, bank statements, employee records or confidential customer files through these forms.

How a request is used

Your information is sent to our lead management service and shared with an independent business valuation partner so it can respond to your inquiry. We may be paid for the referral or a resulting transaction.

Submission allows follow up about your valuation request. It does not guarantee a valuation, a buyer, a completed sale or a particular price.

Technical information and storage

Our hosting and lead management services process technical request information, such as IP address, origin and page, for operation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Cloudflare may measure aggregate site usage.

The valuation popup uses session storage to remember that it has been displayed during your visit. That setting stays in your browser and does not contain your submitted valuation details.

Lead records may be retained for follow up, administration and backups. This site does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate removal from backup copies.

Questions about your information

Use the contact and valuation page to ask about a request, correction or deletion. Identify your prior inquiry without sending sensitive documents.

If a valuation partner has already received your request, contact it directly about records it controls. Applicable legal obligations may affect whether particular records can be removed.
